You are probably here because you saw me and commented on how good I looked, and then you wanted to know how I did it. Well, here you go!

I joined "Planet Fitness" in Grand Blanc. I go six days per week. When I go, I do the following activities. I begin with a 10 min stretch focusing on my hips, lower back, thighs and calves. Then I move over to the treadmill or elliptical focusing on getting my heartrate up to 130+. I spend at least 35 minutes here, but I may spend up to an hour. Half of the days this is all I do. The other half of the time, I'll spend 10-15 minutes on the variety of different machines that Planet Fitness has available.
I went back to my tried and true "Fit Father Project" and Dr. Anthony Balduzzi. I found him on YouTube, and then I followed that up by purchasing the entire program. When I grabbed the link, it looks like its on sale for $147. I would advise that you purchase Phase 1 and try it out. I don't follow the exercise plan from Fit Father, but I definitely use the diet. Be advised that it is a very boring diet. I pretty much eat the same things every day. If you don't accept this, Fit Father is not easy. If you do, you'll be successful because it works. The caveat here is to understand that I don't cheat, hence, the success. With a diagnosis of CAD, I currently believe that this is how I will eat for my remaining time on Earth.
After Phase 1 of FFP (i.e. The first 30 days), I now eat exactly the same way, with the exception that I now fast from after dinner on Monday, until dinner on Tuesday (24 hours). It's my busiest day of the week. I still drink coffee and water.
I drink only water and black coffee daily. I drink a lot of it. If my pee doesn't look like water, I drink something.
No Alcohol. Sorry guys.
I take a Men's Multi-Vitamin, Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Magnesium and a baby Aspirin as supplements. In addition, Lipitor, Valsartan and Zoloft are prescribed by my cardiologist and PCP.
I sleep from 9:30 pm until 5:45 am. I strive for eight hours.
Weekly chiropractic and massage. Dr. Kidwell and Linda from Family Care Chiropractic in GB kept me in tip top shape for my workouts.
I stepped on the scale every day in order to monitor my results.
That's it! That is the major things that I did. I am not a doc, so please don't ask, "Can I do this or that?" 🤷🏼♂️
Shoot me a message if you have questions!
